Job Description
Assemble components in accordance with applicable bills of material, drawings, and assembly procedures to be used for Enercon products. Work with other departments to ensure company standards of quality and production schedules are met. Sub Assemblers will meet production deadlines, demonstrate attention to detail, and engage in continuous process improvement via discussion, feedback, training, and goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assembles mechanical and electrical components using screw drivers, hex keys, wrenches, Teflon tape, pipe sealing compounds and occasionally drills and taps.
• Terminates wires and cables for using wire stripers, manual and pneumatic crimpers, wire labels, shrink tubes and heat gun.
• Sandblasts parts for future assembles & other departments.
• Follows job travelers and records time spent on work using computer system.
• Performs other tasks as required.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 6+ months of experience in assembly position
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals
• Skilled in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Demonstrated ability in the assembly of mechanical and electrical devices is required.
• Knowledge of general hand toll use & knowledge of metrics & standard measurements
• Knowledge of assembly process, wiring and proper termination of wires
• Ability to perform work while standing or sitting for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
