Chief Security Officer

Location: San Francisco, CA Employment Type: FullTime Department: Data Security Center What you will do • Protect Plaud.ai’s infrastructure, data, and users • Design cloud and application security controls • Lead incident response and investigations • Embed security into engineering workflows • Improve security posture as we scale • Perform threat modeling and risk assessments • Respond to and manage security incidents • Embed security into CI/CD and SDLC • Build security tooling and automation Skills, qualifications and experience we look for Minimum Qualifications • 10+ years in security or infrastructure roles • Cloud security experience • Knowledge of IAM, network, and app security • Incident response experience • Strong scripting or automation skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in AI or SaaS companies • Threat modeling and security architecture • DevSecOps experience • Compliance exposure (SOC2, ISO) • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
