With the growth and expansion, Mad City Windows is searching for established contractors who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience. Why Contract with Mad City: • Year-round work • Paid Training • Bonus’ offered • Weekly direct deposits • Earn up to $300,000 annually • Flexible Schedule Qualifications: • 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience • Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens • Established LLC or Business • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members • Worker's comp and Liability insurance The main duties include: • Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures • Apply finish work as needed for every application • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments • Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
