Description
Fieldpiece is hiring a Management Assistant to own all office-related activities and provide high-level administrative support to the European management and sales team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, coordinate meetings and events, support HR and Sales operations, prepare PowerPoint slide decks, update Excel spreadsheets, and ensure the day-to-day business flows seamlessly. Must have very good verbal and written English and Dutch communication skills and the ability to work effectively in MS Office. This position is for 28 hours per week, preferably every day, but could be 4 days a week (must include Wednesday). The Management Assistant must be onsite in the Doetinchem office.

What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the European management team, including the Managing Director, Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, and HR Business Partner
• Organize and coordinate internal team meetings, commercial meetings, and leadership sessions—both on-site and off-site
• Support the planning and execution of business events and trade shows
• Manage office operations and processes to ensure an efficient, well-organized work environment
• Assist with HR-related operational activities and processes
• Assist the Commercial team in preparing PPT presentations, analyses, and reports
• Purchase office supplies and maintain accurate documentation
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the business
Qualifications
What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Management role
• Experience supporting HR operational activities
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• A high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confidence handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
• Ability to prepare reports and professional business correspondence
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, can-do mindset
• Strong intercultural communication skills
