Job Title: Office Coordinator (6-month contract) What You’ll Do: • Greet guests at reception and cultivate a warm, welcoming office environment. • Maintain overall office organization, including kitchens, storage areas, and self-service stations. • Reset and prepare office spaces to align with brand and craftsmanship standards. • Order, stock, and manage office supplies and inventory. • Receive incoming mail and packages, distribute items to employees, and coordinate outbound shipments. • Support Executive Assistants with meeting logistics, including lunch and coffee setup for internal and customer meetings. • Assist employees with ad-hoc requests (e.g., equipment accessories, chargers, office needs). • Support internal teams with catering requests and event setup. • Assist with new hire onboarding and ensure a positive first-day experience. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all materials and information. What You’ll Bring: • 1+ years of office coordination or similar experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of individuals. • A methodical, process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality products. • Ability to build relationships, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Excellent time management skills, willingness to quickly shift tasks and priorities, and the ability to anticipate the needs of others before they arise. • Ability to lift, move, and organize office supplies or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds as needed.
