Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals - supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than ten million patient visits per month are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
Paid has suffered from a lack of long-term creative ownership, We’re building a dedicated Performance Creative squad to fix that — permanently.
You will own the strategy behind the ads that scale Heidi globally. Your job is not just to “make ads” — it’s to build a creative system that compounds.
This is a role for someone who wants to run performance creative like a startup within the company.
How this role differs from Brand
This is not a brand storytelling role.
This is not a campaign manager role.
This is:
• Creative strategy in service of growth
• Performance-first thinking
• System builder, not asset maker
What you’ll do
1. Creative Strategy That Scales
• Define the creative roadmap across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels
• Build structured testing frameworks (hooks, formats, angles, ICPs, offers)
• Turn performance insights into repeatable creative playbooks
• Identify global vs local creative needs across UK, Canada, US, ANZ and emerging markets
2. Insight → Concept → Iteration Loop
• Write high-performance briefs grounded in data and clinician pain points
• Bridge the gap between media and design
• Lead ideation across:
• Direct-response video
• UGC-style creative
• Product demos
• Offer-based and proof-led creative
• Build structured testing loops with the media buying squad
3. AI-Native Creative Experimentation
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production
• Experiment with AI-generated video and scalable formats (we’re already seeing strong results here)
• Develop scalable creative systems, not one-off hero assets
4. Commercial Accountability
• Own creative contribution to CAC, LTV and payback targets
• Understand funnel metrics from impression → signup → activation
• Know when to double down vs pivot
What we’re looking for
• 3–6+ years in performance creative, paid social strategy, or growth creative
• Deep expertise in Meta (non-negotiable)
• Proven track record scaling creatives to significant spend
• Strong POV on hooks, formats, and attention mechanics
• Comfortable operating globally with local nuance
• Commercially sharp — you care about activation and CAC, not just CTR
• Bias for speed and iteration
