About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to help us scale from $5M+ in monthly ad spend while maintaining performance and margin discipline. You’ll be working side-by-side with our Head of Paid and creative team to launch, test, scale, and optimize campaigns that drive real business growth. This is not a "strategy-only" role—you will be in the trenches: manually launching ads, analyzing data, pushing budgets, and grinding through the work to deliver results. You’ll own your platforms end-to-end—from creative testing to budget allocation and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities • Own and scale: TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat campaigns end-to-end. • High-Volume Execution: Support the team with high-volume creative launches and ad optimizations (500+ ads per week), executed manually with zero errors in setup, targeting, or budgets. • Precision Scaling: Strategize, launch, and manage high-scale campaigns with precision and speed. • Creative Testing Frameworks: Build and run frameworks to find hooks, angles, and formats that scale profitably. • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance daily using MTA tools, GA4, and internal dashboards to optimize CAC, spend efficiency, and scaling decisions. • Infrastructure Management: Manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing. • Relentless Monitoring: Monitor and adjust campaigns—including nights and weekends—to maximize performance. You’re a Fit If You... • Have the Track Record: Have 3+ years managing Meta ads at scale ($1M+/mo) and have personally managed $10k+/day in spend on TikTok AND another major platform. • Are Analytical to the Core: You live in dashboards, love data, and always seek signal over noise. • Have Relentless Hustle: Willing to grind, check accounts on nights/weekends, and constantly push for more. • Are Systems-Oriented & Disciplined: You build repeatable processes and test frameworks, not chaos. • Communicate Clearly: You excel at explaining performance via Slack, weekly reports, or Loom updates.
