Job Title: Software Engineer - AI Products What you’ll do Sierra’s engineering team has ~40 mostly senior engineers, including Mihai, Belinda, Arya, and Wei. We work in small, autonomous teams oriented around customer problems. Here are some examples of what you’ll work on: • Reporting & Experimentation: Build a system for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance. Enable agent developers to run A/B test their agents to make data-driven decisions about agent behavior. • Data Exploration: Build Explorer, the equivalent of ChatGPT + AI-powered clustering over conversational data. • Monitoring: Build systems for proactively monitoring agents for defects or new patterns.
