Spindle Unit Rebuilder

Primary Purpose and Function: The primary purpose of this position is to rebuild spindle units to OEM specifications. Responsibilities: Disassemble spindle units and report on suspected failure Clean parts and bearings for unit assembly Maintain work order, pull inventory for assembly, and document findings Assemble spindle and balance spindle sub-assembly Balance assembled spindles and run test Prepare final inspection report and crate the spindle unit Help maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S) Support process improvements Work with other departments to solve problems
