If so, Veryable is seeking an industrious team player to fill an entry-level generalist position on our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you’ll initially support Operators and business users through onboarding and early platform interactions, while also assisting cross-functionally across recruiting, support, marketing, and product. Over time, high performers can be developed and deployed into nearly any department at Veryable based on strengths and business needs. Collaboration, learning, and career development at Veryable happens in real time—remote candidates will not be considered. What You’ll Do You will play a critical role in ensuring both sides of our marketplace—Operators and businesses—have a great first experience and can succeed quickly on the platform. Your Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for operational support to optimize the user experience (Operators + businesses). • Respond to inbound inquiries across email/chat and proactively support marketplace efficiency. • Support Veryable Operators as they complete prerequisites (e.g., identity verification, profile setup, onboarding steps) and help them troubleshoot issues. • Educate business users and Operators on best practices for using the platform effectively. • Maintain and improve the Help Center, including drafting, updating, and strategizing content creation. • Work with the Support team to integrate and implement new tools and platforms (e.g., ticketing, CRM, knowledge base). • Engage with AI tools and workflows to improve response quality, speed, and self-service experiences. • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Marketing, and Product to support special projects (e.g., campaigns, user research, process improvements). • Offer cross-team support as needed, with the opportunity to expand scope and responsibilities over time. What Success Looks Like • You help users solve problems quickly and clearly building trust and confidence in Veryable. • You identify patterns in issues and propose solutions that reduce repeat tickets. • You become increasingly capable of owning projects end-to-end and operating across teams. • You grow into a specialized role (or broader leadership path) based on performance and impact. Ideally, You Have • BA or BS degree preferred — recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply. • Strong interpersonal skills and clear written/verbal communication. • Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity. • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities move quickly. • High attention to detail and strong personal organization. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
