The RSA Education services team offers training solutions in different modalities that help customers, partners, and internals to boost their security savvy and unlock the full potential of the RSA products. The Training Operations Specialist plays a key role in the education services team. The training coordinator is responsible for coordinating all training delivered by the instructors, ensuring quality and delivery of preparation, execution, and follow-up with the instructor and students. Principal Responsibilities: • Manage LMS operation and administration. • Making sure that the learners have a seamless learning experience through all the steps. • Organize the training plans according to the schedule. • Creates training communication, manages training participation databases and manages training libraries. • Manage on-premises training facilities and equipment. • Manage RSA relations with certification vendors. • Ensures appropriate monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the training activities after each training sessions. • Provides metric analysis and reporting on training readiness, effectiveness and usage. • Consults with customers to ensure produced training meets their needs. Skills: • 5+ years of related experience • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience. • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. • Fluent English is mandatory. Education & Experience: • Previous experience in project management, education coordination. • Hands on experience Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools.
